Account control guide
Account Deletion
Effective date: September 23, 2026
1. Choose an available route
You may submit a deletion request through the in-app control inside Naga or use the external email route. You do not need to reinstall the app to send an email request. Account suspension, deactivation, and deletion are different actions.
2. Delete inside Naga
- Open Naga and sign in to the account you want to remove.
- Open your profile or account settings.
- Choose Account, Privacy, or Security, then select Delete Account.
- Review the consequences, confirm the request, and complete any reasonable ownership check shown in the app.
If the control is unavailable, use the external route below. Do not create a second account to submit a request for the first one.
3. Request deletion by email
Recipient: gamboaadan2uo@gmail.com
Subject: Naga Account Deletion Request
Send the request from the address associated with the account when possible. Include the Naga profile or account identifier, the email or phone used to sign in, and a clear statement that you want the account and associated data deleted.
Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, identity documents, intimate content, or suspected child sexual abuse material. We may request proportionate account details to verify ownership and prevent an unauthorized deletion.
4. What is removed
After ownership is reasonably verified and processing is complete, we delete or de-identify the account and profile record, login and recovery data, user-provided profile material, messages and selected media held for the account, support context, and linked device, advertising, activity, and communication metadata, subject to the exceptions below.
We send deletion instructions to relevant service providers when they process information for Naga. Providers may complete deletion on a different controlled schedule.
5. Limited retention
We may retain only information reasonably necessary for a defined safety, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, refund, chargeback, mandatory-reporting, or litigation purpose. Examples include:
- transaction, tax, accounting, refund, and chargeback records for a period required by law;
- fraud, abuse, child-safety, enforcement, and security records for as long as reasonably needed to protect users and prevent repeat harm;
- records subject to valid legal process, a litigation hold, or mandatory reporting duties; and
- isolated backup copies until their normal controlled overwrite cycle.
Retained information is access-restricted, used only for the stated purpose, and deleted or de-identified when that purpose ends. Aggregated or de-identified information may remain when it no longer reasonably identifies a person.
6. Timing and follow-up
We aim to review a complete request within a reasonable period. Timing depends on ownership verification, account complexity, safety needs, provider schedules, and legal duties. We may contact you through the request thread if information is missing. Closing or deleting the app does not itself submit a deletion request.
If you need to correct a pending request, reply in the same email thread. We may be unable to restore an account after deletion starts.
7. Google Play purchases and subscriptions
Deleting Naga or its account does not automatically cancel a subscription or other billing managed separately by Google Play. Cancel through Google Play before deletion if you do not want future charges. Deletion may remove unused digital items and does not itself create a refund; Google Play billing and refund rules continue to apply.
8. Contact and related policies
Read the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Child Safety Policy for more information.
