Child Safety Policy
Effective date: September 23, 2026
1. Product identity and commitment
REC LEAGUE INC. operates Naga and publishes it on Google Play under the developer name Rec League. This policy applies worldwide to Naga accounts, profiles, discovery, text, selected photos and videos, voice messages, one-to-one audio or video sessions, reports, moderation, support, and this public page.
Naga is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. Adults must not invite, assist, or expose a minor to an adult interaction. Age screening reduces risk but cannot guarantee that every person provides truthful information.
2. Definitions
Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) includes sexual abuse, grooming, sexualized contact, sextortion, trafficking, exploitation, or an attempt to obtain or facilitate sexual activity involving a child.
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) means visual, audio, written, or other material that depicts, promotes, solicits, or facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child. Requests, links, instructions, and distribution that endanger children are also prohibited.
3. Prohibited conduct
No user may use Naga to:
- groom, sexualize, solicit, threaten, shame, blackmail, or sexually extort a child;
- create, request, possess, store, download, copy, transmit, forward, promote, or make available suspected CSAM;
- arrange, facilitate, advertise, or profit from child trafficking or sexual exploitation;
- impersonate a child, target a minor, or evade an age restriction to contact a minor;
- request sexual images, live sexual activity, personal details, payment, or an off-platform meeting from a child; or
- encourage another person to commit or conceal child sexual abuse or exploitation.
Do not download, copy, forward, or email suspected CSAM. Preserve only safe locating details needed to report it.
4. Reporting and blocking
- Open the relevant Naga profile, conversation, message, media item, or active or recent call.
- Choose the available report control, select the closest safety reason, and provide truthful, specific details.
- Use Block to stop contact and end a call if you feel unsafe. You may also contact gamboaadan2uo@gmail.com.
Do not send suspected CSAM by email. Describe the account, approximate time, and safe locating context without attaching illegal material. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate child-protection authority first; Naga is not an emergency service.
5. Review and enforcement
We may use reports, account signals, automated detection, and trained human review to identify suspected CSAE, CSAM, grooming, sexual extortion, trafficking, or other child-safety risks. Where appropriate, we may stop an interaction, remove or restrict content, block an account, preserve evidence, prevent repeat registration, and escalate to an authority or qualified safety organization.
We limit access to safety information and take reasonable steps to protect reporters. Review and response times vary with urgency, legal duties, available information, and investigative integrity. Reporting does not guarantee a particular outcome or reveal confidential enforcement details.
6. Cooperation and external resources
We cooperate with lawful requests and applicable child-safety reporting duties. When a report concerns suspected CSAM or imminent risk, we may contact the appropriate authority or qualified safety organization in the relevant jurisdiction.
For an external report in the United States, the NCMEC CyberTipline (external official reporting website) is an available resource. Other countries may have their own official reporting channels. Naga does not claim that every report is sent to NCMEC or one single organization.
7. Privacy, deletion, and age controls
Naga may process age declarations, eligibility answers, account history, and limited verification signals to investigate suspected minor access, restrict features, and comply with law. The Privacy Policy explains data handling, retention, and rights. The Account Deletion page explains deletion requests.
If we learn that a minor has used Naga, we may restrict or close the account and delete associated information subject to child-safety, mandatory reporting, evidence-preservation, and other legal duties.
8. Named contact and updates
Our designated child-safety contact is Emma. Contact Emma through gamboaadan2uo@gmail.com for child-safety questions, escalation information, or a report that cannot be submitted in the app. Please do not attach suspected CSAM.
We may update this policy when Naga, safety practices, applicable law, or reporting requirements change.
