Terms of Use

1. Agreement and service

These Terms are an agreement between you and REC LEAGUE INC., which operates Naga and publishes it on Google Play under the developer name Rec League. They apply to the Naga Android app, account and profile functions, discovery, text, selected media, voice messages, one-to-one audio and video calls, support, moderation, safety operations, and related policy pages.

The Privacy Policy and Child Safety Policy are part of these Terms.

2. Age and account duties

You may use Naga only if you are 18 or older, legally able to enter this agreement, and not prohibited by law. Do not falsify your age, help a minor bypass an age safeguard, let a minor use your account, or bring a minor into an adult interaction.

Registration and profile information must be accurate, current, and yours to provide. Protect credentials and the connected sign-in method, report suspected unauthorized access, and do not sell, rent, lend, share, or transfer an account.

3. Profiles and communication

Naga may allow adults to discover profiles and communicate through text, selected photos or videos, voice messages, and one-to-one audio or video sessions. You decide whether to start, accept, continue, or end an interaction. Feature availability and connection quality may vary with device, location, network, account, or version.

We do not promise a match, response, identity, compatibility, relationship, background check, or particular outcome. Use judgment, protect personal and financial information, and use report, block, or call-ending controls when an interaction feels unsafe.

4. Camera, microphone, and recording

Naga accesses a camera or microphone only after Android permission and your activation of a feature that needs it. Revoking a permission may disable video, audio, voice-message, or capture features.

Obtain consent required by law before recording, capturing, publishing, or redistributing another person's image, voice, message, or call. Covert recording, voyeurism, blackmail, sexual coercion, and non-consensual intimate content are prohibited. A recipient may preserve communications using tools outside Naga, so do not assume an interaction is confidential.

5. User content and license

You keep ownership of profile material, text, images, video, audio, messages, reports, and feedback that you provide. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed and that the content follows these Terms.

You grant REC LEAGUE INC. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, cache, reproduce, format, transmit, display, and technically modify your content only as reasonably needed to operate, maintain, secure, moderate, improve, and legally support Naga; follow your settings; and enforce these Terms. The license ends when content leaves active systems, except for a copy retained by another user, a controlled backup, or a safety or legal record.

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not use Naga to:

• break the law or violate another person's privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or contractual rights;
• harass, stalk, threaten, shame, coerce, extort, exploit, deceive, discriminate against, or endanger another person;
• create, request, possess, transmit, promote, or facilitate child sexual abuse material, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or child endangerment;
• share non-consensual intimate material, sexual violence, credible threats, or instructions for serious wrongdoing;
• impersonate a person, misstate age or identity, or run a romance, investment, payment, credential, or account-recovery scam;
• send spam, malware, unauthorized advertising, automated messages, scraping requests, or disruptive traffic;
• collect, disclose, or sell another user's information without authorization;
• reverse engineer, bypass safety restrictions, manipulate purchases or advertising, or interfere with the service; or
• buy, sell, or transfer an account, digital item, credit, or access outside an authorized Naga feature.

7. Reports and enforcement

Use the report or block control on the relevant profile, message, media item, or call context. Reports must be truthful and made in good faith. Do not download or email suspected child sexual abuse material; use in-app reporting and follow the Child Safety Policy.

We may combine automated signals and human review. We may end an interaction, remove or limit content, reduce visibility, warn, restrict, suspend, terminate, preserve evidence, prevent repeat registration, or contact an authority or qualified safety organization where appropriate or required. Moderation cannot identify or prevent every violation. Where legally permitted, an adult user may appeal through available support.

8. Purchases, advertising, and providers

Naga may offer credits, digital items, virtual benefits, or paid feature access through Google Play Billing. The checkout screen identifies the product, price, and material terms; a product is not recurring unless the checkout screen expressly describes a subscription. Digital items are licensed, not legal tender or cash value, and cannot be transferred outside an authorized feature.

Google Play processes payment credentials and applies its billing and refund rules. Deleting Naga does not itself cancel billing managed separately by Google Play. Where permitted, Naga may show contextual or personalized advertising. Providers and independent services may have separate terms and privacy notices.

9. Intellectual property and changes

Naga software, interfaces, visual design, names, logos, documentation, and our content are protected by law. Subject to these Terms, you receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Android app for its intended purpose. Do not copy, sell, publicly distribute, or create a derivative product from Naga branding without authorization.

Features may be added, changed, paused, or retired for safety, legal, technical, operational, or business reasons. Availability may differ by location, device, version, or account.

10. Suspension, deletion, and disclaimers

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably needed to enforce these Terms, address safety or fraud, comply with law, protect users, or discontinue the service. You may stop using Naga and request permanent deletion through the app or the Account Deletion page.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Naga is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, a particular connection or result, another user's identity or conduct, or the accuracy or safety of User Content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, REC LEAGUE INC. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss arising from the service or another user's or independent third party's conduct. These liability limits do not remove non-waivable consumer protections, rights, or remedies.

11. Applicable law and contact

Before a claim, both sides will make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve it through the contact below. These Terms use the law applicable to REC LEAGUE INC. and the transaction, without removing mandatory consumer protection or access to a local court that cannot lawfully be waived. We may update these Terms for product, safety, operational, or legal changes; material revisions receive notice where required.
